How Can I Get a
Copy of My Transcript?
Students can
request transcripts by printing out and turning in the
Transcript Request Form.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING AN OFFICIAL
TRANSCRIPT:
1.
Fill out Transcript Request form.
2.
Pay $5.00 to the Business Office / Bookstore.
3.
Bring your receipt, along with the transcript
request form, to the Registrar.
Transcripts are processed
on Friday mornings. Please plan accordingly.
